Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP £) and include applicable UK VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Section 6 – Products & Dietary Supplement Disclaimer

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional, GP, or pharmacist before beginning any new supplementation routine, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, or under medical supervision. If adverse reactions occur, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake stated on the product packaging.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately depict the exact packaging hue.

Section 7 – Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 8 – Subscription & Recurring Orders

If you enroll in an optional recurring delivery subscription for any product, you authorize Nutrition Geeks (via our secure payment processor) to automatically charge your saved payment method at the agreed frequency (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days) until you cancel.

You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time without penalty prior to the next scheduled billing date by logging into your account or contacting our customer care team.

Section 9 – Delivery & Title

Orders are dispatched in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier (Royal Mail or courier). We provide delivery estimates in good faith; however, delays caused by postal disruption, weather, or carrier backlogs do not constitute a breach of contract.

Section 10 – Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receipt of your goods. In addition, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened items in their original packaging.
