Terms and conditions

1. Service

MerchantReady provides automated website-audit information. Results are generated from a limited crawl and are informational only. They are not legal advice, professional certification or a guarantee of platform approval.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these terms and authorised to scan the submitted domain. You must not use the service to attack, overload, probe without permission or interfere with another website.

3. Independent status

MerchantReady is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Google. Google Merchant Center and related marks belong to their respective owners. Google alone determines account eligibility and enforcement.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to misrepresent a business, fabricate compliance evidence, evade enforcement, distribute malware, infringe rights or perform unlawful activity. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service or third parties.

5. Accuracy and availability

Automated checks may miss content, misunderstand dynamically rendered pages or produce false positives. Website structures and platform rules change. You are responsible for independently verifying findings and maintaining accurate operations.

6. Accounts and paid services

Where accounts or paid plans are offered, you are responsible for account security and accurate billing details. Features, limits and renewal terms will be displayed at purchase.

7. Intellectual property

The service, software, design and original content are owned by or licensed to the operator. You retain rights in your website content. You grant the limited permissions needed to retrieve and analyse public pages you submit.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a promise that it will identify every issue or prevent rejection, suspension, loss of revenue or business interruption. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access for abuse, security risk, non-payment or breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
