Refund policy

The free public scan has no purchase charge. This policy applies when paid services are enabled.

Digital reports and subscriptions

Where a paid report is generated or a subscription period begins immediately, cancellation and refund rights may depend on whether you requested immediate performance and on applicable consumer law. Any plan-specific cancellation terms will be displayed before checkout.

Service faults

If a paid feature materially fails because of a verified service error, contact support@example.com with the order reference and evidence. We may reperform the service, provide account credit or issue a refund where appropriate.

Non-refundable situations

Refunds are not normally provided because a platform rejects or suspends a merchant account, because automated findings differ from a human opinion, or because the user did not implement recommendations. These outcomes are outside our control.
